Intermediate Swim Workout 2500

300 as 75 free/25 drill

200 kick

10 x 200- do on 3-4 red line rest.
4 as paddles only EVENS last 50 back, ODDS last 50 breast stroke.
3 as 100 high elbow scull/100 distance per stroke
2 as 50 Right arm only/50 free/50 Left arm only /50 free.
1 w/d.

Advanced Swim Workout 5000

400 Free,

300 as 25 drill/ 25 free

200 Kick – Fins Optional

100 choice

15×200 as
5 as 50 paddles/50 free
4 as paddles only – evens last 50 back, odds last 50 breast stroke on 20′ rest
3 as 100 high elbow scull/100 distance per stroke on 20′ rest.
2 as 50 right arm only/50 left arm only/ 100 free on
1 choice easy.
10×100 with paddles – get faster as you go on 20′ rest
