Cherry Smoothie
Yield: 2 smoothies Ingredients- 1 cup frozen tart cherries
- ½ banana
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. flax seeds
- 1 cup kale, raw
- ½ cup oats
- ¼-½ cup milk or water
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more milk or water for desired consistency.
