Warm Up 600 as 100fr/50 overkick/100fr/50choice x2 Main Set: 6x25 desc 1-3 to all out, hold 4-6 all out on 20" rest. 200 as 50ez/100 kick on back fast/50ez. 6x50 same pattern as above on 20" rest. 200 as 50ez/100kick on side fast/50ez. Cool Down 100 w/d. ** Times for 25, 50, 75's? These are FAST! ** Overkick= really fast hard kicking legs, but arms are moving easy and in slow motion. You are way more than 6 beats/stroke. You might to a little catchup stroke, or planing the arm out in front on this drill.
