Dark Chocolate Hummus
Yield: 8 servings Ingredients- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips, melted
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Serve with fresh fruit, pretzels, or Graham crackers.
