Instant Pot Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple Lettuce Wraps

- ½ cup carrot matchsticks
- ½ cup pineapple, diced
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- ¼ cup water
- 8 large lettuce or cabbage leaves
- Green onions (optional)
- Add chicken breasts, pineapple, teriyaki sauce, and water into the instant pot/ pressure cooker. Set to cook for 10 minutes and release naturally.
- To assemble the wraps, divide one chicken breast, sliced or shredded, into 2 lettuce wraps. Add an ⅛ cup of carrots, pineapple, and garnish with green onions. Add additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
