Unstuffed Egg Rolls
Yield: 4 servings Ingredients- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 2 large carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 small green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- ½ tsp Chinese 5 spice
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sriracha
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 min.
- Add ground beef and Chinese 5 spice and cook until cooked through.
- Add sesame oil, onion, carrot, cabbage, and mushrooms. Stir to combine. Then, add sriracha and soy sauce and cook until cabbage is tender.
- Top cooked unstuffed egg roll with sesame seeds.
