Here on the Solpri blog we publish 15 new swim workouts a week, designed by former Pro Triathlete and USA Triathlon Hall of Fame Athlete & Coach - Barb Lindquist. She headed up USA Triathlon's collegiate recruitment program for a number of years bringing through many of today's top stars as well as recruiting the USA's first Olympic Gold Medalist, Gwen Jorgensen. If you haven't had the opportunity to meet Barb you are definitely missing out. She has the biggest heart to help any athlete of any level as long as you're willing to put in the work.
